SLE offers a range of Service programmes to ensure that you, our customer, benefits from an efficient, reliable and local service organisation.

 

Services offered include:

Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Proactive, regular scheduled maintenance to ensure reliability of your SLE products.

Comprehensive Maintenance Agreements

Our comprehensive option includes all labour and parts, as well as our recommended overhaul programmes. An engineer is available 24 hours/365 days per year.

Multi-year Agreements

Multi-year discounts are available for both our Preventative Maintenance and Comprehensive Maintenance programmes. Multi-year contracts have the added benefit that there are a range of discounts on the chosen maintenance programme.

Safety Checks

Thorough safety checks are completed whenever we carry out our service visits. We also offer an additional service outside the maintenance plan to check that all your SLE products are compliant with all necessary standards.

Software/Hardware Updates

Hardware and Software upgrades are issued when applicable, to ensure your equipment is kept up to date.

In-House Repairs and Overhauls

Our team of fully trained in-house engineers are qualified to carry out all required repairs, upgrades and overhauls at SLE’s premises

On-Site Repairs and Overhauls

In order to reduce the downtime due to a repair or overhaul, arrangements can be made for one of our engineers to complete a repair and/or overhaul at the customer site.
