Next week SLE will be travelling to Montreux, Switzerland for EPNV, a conference dedicated to Pediatric and Neonatal Mechanical Ventilation.
EPNV provides an opportunity for specialists, in the field of neonatal ventilation, to come together to discuss advancements in technologies, methodology and best practice. The conference begins on Wednesday 25th April with a day of workshops, followed by three days of lectures and an exhibition.
SLE will be sponsoring two workshops “Disease tailored ventilation strategies” and “Neonatal HFV ventilators: do they differ?” with an unrestricted educational grant.
The workshops will give us an opportunity to demonstrate the SLE6000 in a very unique way. The disease tailored ventilation strategy workshop, for example, will present our team with various neonatal lung diseases and scenarios that our clinicians face every day. We will then be given a chance to demonstrate the SLE6000’s diverse features and recommend the best modality, with reference to how respiratory monitoring would be used to guide the user into making better, more informed decisions.
EPNV is being held at the Montreux Music & Convention Centre and SLE will be on Stand 1.
This year we will be showcasing the SLE6000 with SpO2 and etCO2 monitoring, volume targeted ventilation (VTV) during conventional and HFO ventilation, and new non-invasive modes (including nHFOV and NIPPV). Attendees will also get have an exclusive glimpse at a new ground-breaking technology on available on the SLE6000 from Summer 2018.
We look forward to seeing you there!
